Acceptance of Terms

Prohibited Players

Account Registration & Management

Account Security

Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport/game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

Prohibited Conduct

Money Laundering

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

Maximum Aggregate Liability

In all circumstances where nagau88 is found to bear liability to you, the Platform's maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts appropriate to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. nagau88 and the player both agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
